No, If you are not registered for round 1 counselling than you are not eligible for 2 round. Only candidates registered before 1st round counseling, will be eligible to participate in 2nd round counseling.

Candidates can appear for the exam if they have completed 17 years of age. There is no upper age limit criteria. Non-medicos, those students who have not majored in these subjects cannot sit for NEET.
