yes you can pursue the B.Sc in anaesthestia right after completing your diploma in anaesthesia , the eligibility for getting lateral entral in same course is you must hold a diploma from the same stream you want to apply for in B.Sc , the another condition applied is students are eligible to take admission on lateral entry system only in the same subject studied at diploma level.
