Yes you can take admission into Delhi University's Bachelors of Science program without giving NEET. The university's under graduation admissions are done on merit basis.
The basic eligibility requirement is that the student needs to be a 10+2 pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate including physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects.
So, there is no need for NEET marks in getting into DU's BSc program.
