Hello. As you are opting BA in hindi branch, so you are allowed not allowed to add English in best of four combinations.
You can add hindi,physics, chemistry and some other subject. You must have only one core language I.e., hindi or English. You cannot take both.

No, you can not use both the languages in best of four to get admission in any college of Delhi University. You may add one of these language along with PCM or PCB. Because best of four includes 1 language and 3 other elective subjects.
