No dear friend...

If you  have to secure a minimum of 75% in your PCM to apply for jee mains.

Talking about the link you sent  it is written  the 5 subjects which should be there in your +1 +2

Thank you ... But i had 6 subjects in my 12th CBSE exams if I add marks of Eng+ Phy+Maths+IP+Physical education then my class 12th percentage is 79%... and according to the info in the link it makes me eligible. What do you say about that?

Dear Faiza,

It's not about including or excluding subjects.

When you register or fill u the form for Jee, they only ask u the marks Of PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND MATHS  thus leaving u no choice to include any other subject.

Hello Faiza Aftab,

The eligibility criteria for applying for Jee mains requires a minimum of 75% of marks in PCM i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Maths in your +2.

There is no substitute for any of the above mentioned three subhjects.

Thus you cannot add marks of your IP  instead of Chemistry.

If you really wish to apply for jee mains and your percentage score in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND MATHS is less than 75%  than you may apply for improvement from your board in which you appeared for your +2 exam.

 GOOD LUCK

Hello Aspirent
You can't replace the the marks if chemistry by other subject . Physics , chemistry and math are the necessary subject for Jee . You must haveto  include pcm .
Thanks
