You need to have minimum aggregate of 75% in PCM/PCB and minimum 60% in each subject.
As your son has not met 2nd condition so he cannot take BITSAT Exam.

In that case he is not eligible to appear for BITSAT 2019 because a minimum of 75% aggregate in PCM and a minimum of 60% in each of P,C,M is required to be eligible to appear for BITSAT engineering entrance exam.
