For Economics Honours in University of Delhi, you can add the marks of English, Business Studies and Economics for Best Four. But as for Physical Education, the criteria changes from college to college. Some colleges allow you to include it while some don’t and some may allow it but after a deduction of 2.5% from your percentage.
