Hello Fathima,

Well, yes of course you can apply for NEET 2020, if you are under 25 years of age. Till NEET 2017 there was a strict rule that NEET can be applied on 3 times by a candidate, but in 2018 NEET, an update was there, it said a candidate can apply as many times as it wants but under the justified upper age limit which is 25 years for Unreserved Category (UR).

So, if you have not dropped a year then you can aplly for NEET even till your post graduation.

Yes sure, you can appear for NEET 2020, even if you have already taken admission in any other course . You can prepare simultaneously and appear for the examination. There is no bar tha a student who has enrolled in any other course cannot appear for NEET. I f you get admission in your desired college in NEET 2020 , you can go and take admission there.
