To be eligible to appear for DU LLB a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree or post graduation in any discipline from University of Delhi or it's equivalent board. A candidate belonging to general category must have passed in the qualifying examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks. For SC/ST it is minimum 40% aggregate marks and for OBC/PWD/Children or wives Army personnel it is minimum 45% aggregate.

You are eligible to appear for DU LLB if you have passed in B.Com but you need to score the specified percentage.
