Admission to the MBA programme in IISWBM Kolata are based on CAT Scores along with GD & PI and academic background of the candidate. USusally, the application form and brochure are available by September of the previous year i.e. for session beginning in 2018 the announcement was made around September 2017. 

Hence if you are seeking admission in IISWBM this year in 2019, you can apply in September. Admission in 2018 is not possible.
