Yes you can become a psychiatrist through AIIMS.

first you need to study MBBS, then after , you can do

• post graduate in Psychiatry (MD) which takes 3years
• or Diploma in Psychiatry (DPM). This takes 2 years 

Besides the MD and DPM, a third option of study is available. The national board of Examination conducts a programme called Diploma of National Board Exam (DNB). DNB is considered to be eqivalent to a MD degree.

Fees of AIIMS will cos not more than ₹6000 per year
