You have asked for the shifting of your stream, that will be there in the College of NIT Warangal.

But for that also, certain rules are decided and you have to first qualify all that like:
1.) More than 8.5 GPA in your semesters exam.
2.) Have good academic and co-curricular performances too.

You can surely shift between your courses during the B.Tech program but you have to score good marks in the exams, so that college should also gets confirmed about your potential.
