You can definitely change your branch from Printing Technology to CSE after first year in Manipal. Most of the engineering colleges in India provide this option. This is because in first year the student has less experience and new to engineering field. So if they gain interest in other field they may switch branches after first by paying a minimal amount. But this is only possible if the student doesn't have reappear or back.
