Yes, you can change your preference in 'sliding round'. The sliding round is going to conduct in next 1-2 days. This is the round which by its word signifies you can slide your seat to another stream or branch or even college. But yeah there is a condition, there must be seats vacant in the stream or college you wants to slide you seats in.
