For a BSc degree, the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are the top prioritites and then it depends on the degree you're opting for. For example for a computer science degree (i.e in your case) your PCM marks plus the marks you obtained in biology or computer science or computer application would matter.
