Hey Aryan, 

TO get admission in any college and in any University first of all it is necessary that you atleast pass in individual subjects of 12th class. So, i would prefer you to retake the examinations in which ever you need improvement and then apply for admissions next year, So, that you get admission in your choice of college and course.
