no you can't do b.ed just after your 12 as candidates muster have a graduation or masters degree having 50% aggregate marks .if you have btech/B.e degrre than agregate marks needed is 55 %

B.ed is a 2 years program and du conducts an entrance exam for this . you have to fill the application form for b.ed and a separate cutoff will released based upon your category
