Completion of Intermediate (12 years of school education) in Science stream.Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as the subjects of study.

Apart from this, if you are possessing Intermediate in Agriculture stream (limited states) are also eligible to apply. 

No, For doing agriculture you must have studied subjects like English, Physics, Chemistry & either Math or Biology or Forestry or have done Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th . You must be a Science student i,e, you must have chosen science instead of commerce to study Agriculture.
