The minimum education qualification required to appear in UPSC Civil Service Entrance is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board.There is no bar on minimum percentage requirement.So if you complete your bachelor's degree B.Sc Forestry you are eligible to appear.You need to clear Prelims, Mains and Interview to get commissioned as a civil servant of India.
