Hello Aspirant,
Bio technology is graduation degree with biology as the mandatory subject. But maths will be there while you will be having your classes in your college. Since you are a PCB student so you can take bio technology . But remember maths will be there in your course.

As per the eligibility criteria of IPU a candidate who is seeking for the admission in Btech biotechnology ,will have to appear for their exam IPU CET , and under the eligibility criteria of IPU CET you need to  passed your class 10+2 with minimum aggregate 50% , so in conclusion you can go for Btech biotechnology through the above exam without having mathematics in 10+2.
