Yes, You can study law abroad and practice it in India. For that you need to apply for the registration to the respective State Bar councils once you return from abroad. After that, your application will be forwarded to the Bar Council of India and you will have to give an exam. It is conducted twice a year which consists of 6 subjects. The students who pass that exam are allowed to practice law in India.
