Yes, you can do both the degrees and they will be valid. Your choice of pursuing MA from DUSoL under distance learning and BEd from DU as a regular course will work out for you since both of these are not regular courses.
Doing one regular course along with one distance course is valid, doing both regular courses is not valid under UGC guidelines.
