I would suggest you to daily study about Civil services exams because it is not something you can prepare within few months.

If you want you can do your MA but keep focus on your entrance exam also.

see it totally depends on you, you can do higher studies or prepare for masters course, civil service exam is a highly competitive exam, and needs lots of practice and hard works. after the graduation course you may sit for civil service. so if you are in graduation you need to parallel preparation for civil service exam.
