Yes it is possible to do M.Sc Biochemistry after B.Sc in Chemistry.

However, you will be allowed only in certain colleges and not all. This is because most volleges require you to have studied Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/ any life science subject with Chemistry in your Bachelor's.

If you have, then you are eligible for most of the colleges otherwise only a handful in India.
