Yes absolutely. Make sure at the same time you set your priorities well as per how much time to be given to BSc. You will be shocked and excited to know I've prepared for neet examination when I was in the first year of "ENGINEERING". so alongwith BSc you can do it for sure;  atleast if you don't make it you will have a backup option ready. But let's be optimistic, study well study harder analyze what went wrong this year and don't repeat those mistakes next year and show the world that you are a confident person in yourself.
