There are various courses you can take up to side by side your neet preparation. But if you say a course which is equivalent and will help in your neet preparation is Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Technology (B.Pharm) cause various topics of chemistry, physics and biology are included in first year syllabus that will be a good revision side by side your preparation.
