This is only possible in case of state counselling. The MCC has stated that the registration facility will be available before Round-1 as well as before Round-2. So you can register for Round-2 directly in case of state counselling.

However, this cannot be done in case of all India counselling. You need to register before Round-1 and then move forward, you cannot register in between counselling process.
