yes ,You have to drop and study hard because your rank is about 3-4 lakhs and also general category so you get nothing on this rank, you have to be in top 3-4 percentile for dream college and branch.

But you should be determined and well focused.
You have to devote your full attention toward study and not only for some days but regular till the exam over .
And it takes lot of efforts to do this.
So if you are sure and dedicated than only you should take a drop .And it will definitely lead you to success and you will get your desired college and branch.
Seeing your present score ; you need a lots of improvement and proper guidance and a good teacher.
Talk to your teacher and parents regularly and discuss about the improvement and weak points in you.
Make proper schedule and follow good books and study material.
