Yes, you can change/update information till the last date of registration with the correction fees of Rs 100. You can update the academic details till the last date of admission after payment too. The functionality however is doubted of this new feature.

This year,  Delhi University has introduced the edit option in the registration process for the students. Since,  this edit option is new,  we don't have a lot of information about which fields could be edited. You can check if the course can be changed.
