Every scholarship has its own eligibility criterias and different conditions so it depends on those eligibility criteria and if they allow to enroll for multiple scholarships.Please specify the name of scholarships you want to enroll for so that below so that I can check the criteria and let you know for sure.

One common criteria for UP scholarships is that you need to be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh (UP) or you should hold a domicile of UP although there are scholarships that students with UP domicile can apply for pursuing studies outside the state again to avail this the main thing that one should notice is their eligibility criteria.
