At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 10,000, you cannot get CSE seat in Vellore campus as the cut-off was 7000 in the year 2016. Whereas, ECE, Electrical branches can be obtained with your rank. But, if you want a CSE seat, then you must go with Chennai campus.
