Last year, cutoff for All India quota was 568 and for state quota it was 532. So, you see chances are very less for MBBS.

Based upon your marks,your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is low as the expected cut off marks for general candidate applying under 85% state quota seats will be above 500 marks.i hope this information helps you.

Sorry to say but last year cutoff for jharkhand was 532 for patlipur medical college. You have extremely low chances of getting a seat in a government college through state quota.
