Yes, you can get a good placements after completing your graduation in English literature from University of Delhi since it's overall rank is 14 and it has been graded A++ by NAAC.
There may be variations in terms of companies and packages as different colleges in University of Delhi have their own ranking and you get placed depending on which college you are in. SRCC is the best placement cell and the second best placement cell is of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, south campus.
