Well considering your rank i guess it would be a little difficult to go for a government mbbs or bds college. But don't loose hope, you could apply for a private college whose eligibility criteria you satisfy.

But you could go for ayurvedic or homeopathic government college. You could try.

There are about 2150 government MBBS colleges and 250 government BDS colleges in west Bengal. So a rank within 2400 would have a chance to get a government college. Also there are reservations in different categories and only 85% quota seats of total seats are available in State quota counselling. So its difficult to get a college with 3480 rank in General category.
