Last year cut off ranks for sc category student through AIQ counselling for 15% seats in government college was AIR 81121 marks above 510+. So there are almost no chance in AIQ quota counselling for you.

Now your profile suggest you are from Kerala. So last year cut off ranks in kerala for SC category was state rank 12513 for GMC, PALLAKAD. State quota cut off will be also above then 400 marks. So there are very low chances that you will get govt college through state quota also.

You may have chance in private medical colleges as they have some seats reserved for sc category too.
