As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have very less chance for the government medical colleges in odhisha state.

As the last year cutoff for the government medical colleges for the general category was more than the 508+ marks closing.

As per the last year Cutoff In odisha Government medical college the lowest Cutoff goes To 512 marks..Your score is too low Then that so You have bery slim chance to get in to Government college.
