You have a decent score but in general category you will not get any medical or dental seat in government colleges. The cutoff has increased this year so you have no chances of getting a government medical or dental colleges but you can go for private colleges you have chances of getting a medical seat.

I'm afraid but it's a really tough call. Madhya Pradesh keeps quite a high cut off for general category, usually it's over 520. If you'd have secured over 520 then you would've had a chance to get a college. 445 is not quite enough for getting a government college in MP even with the state domicile.
