Assuming that you are from general category student,you wouldn't probably get North campus in 1-3 list as cut off for Bcom(H) is high but you can wait for next list.You will definitely get good college in DU.
Some south colleges are also good.
Shaheed sukhdev college of business studies is also good and it is from south campus.
