No, I don't think you will get a seat in this academic year. As the counselings were finished long ago and even semester exams are upcoming in few months.
.
So,I don't think no college will cooperate with Admissions now.
If you strongly wanted a seat this academic year, visit near by private college and let them know about your admission. They will inform you about it.
.
Just give a try don't keep any hopes. Best of luck
