      There have been ammendments and now Mathematics have been made compulsory for admission to B.Com honours course and B.A (Economics) honours of Delhi University.

Sorry to inform you but you can't get admissions in the University of Delhi for pursuing B.com hons as there's an eligibility criteria in it that you need to have Maths as a subject in your 12th or equivalent for being eligible to get get admission in B.com hons though there's no provisions regarding such in case of regular B.com. Yes you can get admission in B.a. Eco. Hons. Without Maths as well there will be a deduction of 2.5% from your over all best 4 score. You also need to have Economics and a language subject mandatory in your best four.

Dear student,
No matter you have studied maths or not in 11 and 12 class.you can apply for the B.com hons. And BA (eco.).but you should clear with the basics and fundamentals of maths,this may help you while you pursuing  your B.com hons.
And on the second hand you are gonna apply in delhi university .this is very hard to get admission in DU because the cutt off is very high and you should crack the entrance too and with good percentage.
