You can get management quota seat in Karnataka through its State Counselling. You need to apply through kea.nic.in . Keep a check on the site for timely updates. Non domicile students are eligible for getting only three types of seats in Karnataka. These include PRIVATE, OTHERS and NRI.

Generally non domicile students are not eligible to take seats other than all India quota in Maharashtra.
