Chance in any Govt college is very bleak , so, option is private college and try to get against Govt quota kept reserved for the domicile of the state in private colleges and in such cases you may get fee concession . Go through the guidelines issued in this regard . Visit the website of KEA :

Unfortunately your score is not enough for a government medical seat if you belong to general category.
There is chance for private medical and dental colleges.
