Hi dear hope you are doing really well. Yes you can get the branch in BIT mesra which is situated in Ranchi Jharkhand. The admission for this colleges you have to qualify JEE mains and then apply for josaa counselling. If you have qualified and score enough mass for the cutoff you can take the admission in the branch. Hope this will help you good luck.
