Yeah with this marks also in Mains you are eligible for the admission in various private sector engineering colleges. Eventhough you may also can get the government college which depends upon the situation of counselling.

the seat allotment is done via your general merit rank in jee the category online provides some relaxation but based on your marks sorry i don't think so you would secure a seat as your marks are quite low

Chnaces less for top colleges however you can convert in special round counselling for IIITs like Bhagalpur and Una and Sricity.

Good chances with Assam University as well.
