As per the current situation the admission in any field in any college is given strictly on the basis of the entrance exams either the entrance exam be MHT-CET,JEE or other private entrance test held by the institutes itself.

There seems no chance for getting admission in any college without giving any of the entrance exams.

if there is any chance than that will also cost alot because it is only donation that may get you a seat.
