COEP Pune offers lateral entry for students based on merit. This option is available to students holding a diploma degree only.

Nevertheless, there are few good colleges that offer lateral entry (i.e entry into 3rd sem). Colleges either conduct entrance test for this or grant admission based on CGPA of 1st year.

Some colleges that offer lateral entry are:

Punjab University, Chandigarh

Indraprastha University, Delhi

Thapar University, Patiala

Anna Univeristy, Chennai

DTU, Delhi

Manipal University etc.

Technically its possible if both the colleges are of same University.But ik that case he ready to spend a lot money because your current college may demand you the dull duration course fee.
i would suggest you to study in the same college here you are now.
