Yes you can get admission in delhi university with 82.75% science stream (gen).
However admission in north campus is unlikely but you can get colleges in south campus.
However cut off % depends on the course you are interested in, but in 3rd cut off onwards percentages drop.

You need to wait for 3rd , 4th counseling to get your percentage as the cut off.
