I am a resident of Bhubaneswar and I know that in CET, Bhubaneswar most branches Fill up at around 40-50 thousand, for major branches, and 60-80 thousand for lower branches. You have no chances of getting most of the branches but you may get a seat in fashion apparel branch. It's a new branch the cutoff where is around 660000, so you have high chances in only that branch and no other.
