Congratulations on completing 12th boards and scoring 80%. Yes it is absolutely possible for you to get a college in DU. However it depends on the type of BA you'd like to do.
You can easily get a college with your course is south campus but it's a hard to get your preferred college if it's not in South campus. You may have to wait for the 3rd list if you want a specific college that's not in South campus.

you may not get admission in DU because according to the research i did on the internet it is generally 90% or above. however it depends on the subject/stream you want.
