It's seem that you have 50-50% chances because bsc. Botany cut off is too less in some college. So you may get the admission but it's too tough.
You may go through the previous cut off of du present at du website and check their for your assurance whether you have chances or not and if you have then in which colleges.
This will give you a hope and satisfaction
